Refund and cancellation policy:
General:
- Full refund if cancellation is 48hrs in advance of booked time slot
- Partial refund if cancellation is 24hrs in advance of booked time slot
- No refund if cancellation is less than 24hrs in advance of booked time slot
Specific situations:
- Full refund is given for medical reasons (a medical certificate will be requested)
- Full refund is given for events beyond human control eg closed access road, pandemic outbreak, flight cancellations (proof may be requested).
- Refund will not be granted if you change your mind, if you’re running late, and miss your check-in window, or if the weather wet or cold.
