Refund and cancellation policy:

General:

  • Full refund if cancellation is 48hrs in advance of booked time slot
  • Partial refund if cancellation is 24hrs in advance of booked time slot
  • No refund if cancellation is less than 24hrs in advance of booked time slot

Specific situations:

  • Full refund is given for medical reasons (a medical certificate will be requested)
  • Full refund is given for events beyond human control eg closed access road, pandemic outbreak, flight cancellations (proof may be requested).
  • Refund will not be granted if you change your mind, if you’re running late, and miss your check-in window, or if the weather wet or cold.
